It has been far too long since I last took the time to update my journal and galleries. I have no new photography as my camera was stolen, but I am saving up to buy a new one. I have no new poetry as I have been far busier than, it would seem from the outside, I thought was possible for a woman with no grasp on her own life.

I celebrated my twentieth birthday last month, although 'celebrate' may not be a good term considering how I've been feeling. I celebrated with my family and my younger sister's friend, which is odd to say the least, considering I am not entirely certain that she favours me a bit. I received books and video games. I am rather happy with my gifts, but having my friends and family close to me would have been far better a gift.

My mind is fuzy now due to lack of sleep, and annoyance on my sister's behalf for continuing her birthday party for two days straight without an ounce of thoughtfulness to the people around her. I have my suspicions toward her where my missing camera and money are concerned, but I will not bring that up with my mother. She would probably laugh in my face and tell me that it is not her problem, where if the situation were reversed I would be the most hated person in her life, even if the accusations were not true.

Family is a weird subject, one that I cannot even begin to understand. Life, for that matter, is equally confusing to me, but I will not get into it.

For now I will save you the suffering of reading my ramblings, and perhaps try to get some sleep and dream of the things I wish to put to paper.
